I'm here for MDA unleashing super boost Dame onto the NBA.

The team might not be contenders but they'll be even more fun to watch with MDA at the helm. More threes, more pace and more offense.

Mike plus ultra talented guards is a match made in heaven.

Maybe Nurkic will be available, he's too tall to play for Mike.

I wont be shocked if Melo is still in the league next year even though he has no business there anymore, but IF someone is dumb enough to bring him on for a 1 year minimum deal again I’m betting it won’t be Portland.

Portlands defense is/was atrocious. And having Melo as one of your rotation players only solidifies that it will once again be atrocious. He’s gone.

I hope MDA gets the job, but I think Billups will be the hire.

If Lillard really wants to win, he'll consider the Blazers offer of D'Antoni and the personal glorification and regular season wins his system basically guarantees him and tell them, no thanks, this is the list of the teams I want to go to. And he'll make sure that every team on that list would be left with at least one legit all-star or beyond player for him to team up with.

All that said, star players need to chill with this championship or failure judgment they seem to have on themselves and their careers. Lillard is one of the 10 to 15 best in his profession in the world and he has earned more money than some countries (maybe, dunno.)

Don't think MDA is the right hire for this team. I say that thinking MDA can "unlock' or accelerate many young teams. This would be good for dame and CJ's stats, but they don't need help there. This would be terrible for Nurkic. MDA has shown use of guys like Diaw or Amare as rollers, even capela too flourished with his simplified role. But nurkic is a back to the basket guy.

I think they need a coach for their D. They are fine offensively. If anything I would've switched the Pelicans and Trailblazzers hire. give SVG to Blazers where he can annoy a verteran team to focus on the defensive habits and details to take them over the hump when it counts in the playoffs.

PElicans had a young team you can unlock. Zion not just as a playmaker, but as a PnR with Ball who would also probably reach star status the way MDA moves the ball. They could use their youth and athleticism to run the game out, become an explosive team and annoying out, and then when they need to take another step go focus on someone with D.

I wonder now if blazers ownership are going to leak and lie about the details of the MDA negotiations

I think Dame asks for a trade after he realizes he's too liquid for this weird azz era. Mike should avoid them.

Billups would make a terrific coach. He's a cerebral pg minus the quickness of cp3.

Well, and the internet age, I guess, right? Something is either the best or the worst, a champion-level entity or an abject failure.
It gets kind of tiring. It's like "hot or not" mutated and took over everything.
