You guys are gonna be surprised when Utah takes out Phoenix in 7. Everyone was talking like the 'battle tested' Clippers were just going to take care of business. Mitchell, Clarkson and Bogdanovic have taken Utah to a higher level than they were the last 2-4 years. (I will GLADLY be wrong about this.) This year feels special for Utah. We have to burn incense to the basketball gods for Phoenix to stay healthy.
Granted they play great team ball but I rather swallow poison then watch Utah win the west. No self respecting Rockets fan can root for that disgusting franchise.
Jokic has to work so hard to get points. Meanwhile, CP3 uses the PnR so expertly that his midrange is wide open all the time.
"This is probably the best backcourt, still left, this season." Just gonna disrespect Kyrie and Harden like that? Sheeeeesh
I know it's been pointed out before...but, damn...this is similar to watching the Rockets vs. Nuggets 3 years ago with how we would run the Nuggets off the floor. Those games were never in doubt, just like this series is no longer in doubt.
I prefer Phoenix but I have to agree with you. Utah right now is an amazingly well oiled machine. They work together and understand each other's strengths so well. The casuals will hate it but Phx vs Utah is gonna be one hell of a series. Both conference finals series are gonna be amazing.
if aaron gordon wasn't such a negative, then denver might actually be in this game. and yet we have one poster on cf who jacks off to aaron gordon and ben simmons highlights on a daily basis.
That was a "Gentleman's Sweep" in the 2nd Round in the Bubble. Giannis got hurt in Game 4; ironically, that was the only game in that series the Bucks actually won.
Imagine getting 32/20/10 and getting blown out at home. Starters besides Jokic stunk it up today. Aaron Gordon is trash.
Well given that having a weak supporting cast actually helps your MVP case nowadays it actually makes sense lol
Jokic has one of the worse defenses in the league and I'm really surprised this doesn't get called out more often. Harden, CP3 and Capela was the Nugget's worse match up by far because they would always force 1v1 on Jokic. The Suns exploited that same weakness by running a PnR, and Jokic would just sag off and give up an open mid range to Chris Paul.
