Not the point. Shrewdly disassociating yourself with a potentially bad outcome you were the principal architect of is just smart PR/business. He would be 'smart' not to take the risk of being physically present wearing an awkward face at the event that could cement how bad of a decision he forced. It has nothing to do with his actual IQ, ping pong balls, or the fact that I already think he is an idiot. A victory has a thousand fathers, but defeat is an orphan.

Correct, everything is Tilman's fault. A good owner would avoid any and all bad situations, including ANY losing seasons. Just look to the Lakers, who had like 10 losing seasons prior to Lebron... wait, wrong example.
