Hakeem shows his loyalty to the Houston Rockets and the city of Houston. It means so much to him. What is the future of the Rockets with TF?

Correct, Tilman's IQ and reputation are directly related to the random probability of the NBA lottery.

Yes, if Tilman could just find a way to manipulate the draft lottery rules, then he could prove his worth.

Not the point. Shrewdly disassociating yourself with a potentially bad outcome you were the principal architect of is just smart PR/business. He would be 'smart' not to take the risk of being physically present wearing an awkward face at the event that could cement how bad of a decision he forced. It has nothing to do with his actual IQ, ping pong balls, or the fact that I already think he is an idiot.

A victory has a thousand fathers, but defeat is an orphan.

don't worry, Hakeem will stub his toe at some point in the evening and it will be Tilman's fault for being too cheap to send Matt Bullard instead

Another thing to keep an eye on is the support staff at Toyota Center... penny pinching may mean longer lines to get through security and concessions...

Correct, everything is Tilman's fault. A good owner would avoid any and all bad situations, including ANY losing seasons. Just look to the Lakers, who had like 10 losing seasons prior to Lebron... wait, wrong example.

Also, Hakeem is an employee of the Rockets.
