    !??!!?!?

I certainly wasn't advocating lying or pretending to become a Muslim, I was giving an indication of how non-restrictive the religion is, as a means of suggesting that someone wouldn't be out of place simply by showing up.

You had said: Say " I'm a Muslim." when Max isnt a Muslim. I know what you meant but I agree that he should just be up front about what his intentions are. I think they would be happy that he is there and open minded.

To clarify, in case of confusion: I stated that all one has to do to become a Muslim is to say they are one; not to others, necessarily, just the decision that you are one makes you one. That's what that meant. I was in no way advocating Max pretending to be one to get into a mosque, nor do I think he thought that's what I was saying. I was just illustrating how, if becoming a Muslim is not restricted or needing authorization, just visiting their site would be no biggie at all.

You are absolutely correct. It's between you and God, and noe one can prove it or judge you. That's how it is in Islam - you're not allowing to decide whether someone is lyring about beinga Muslim or non-Muslim.

Again, I'd like to apologize, I didn't read your post properly, and quite frankly was surprised at what I thought I read anyway.
