Kyrie is malfunctioning. He's trying to be too much, say too much, feel too much, instead of just being. I thought his thing was to just be and act when necessary. I guess he always brought chaos, but it seemed purposeful before. He's all over the place now.
Why are you all bringing that into this thread? Man y'all are triggered AF. Did I miss it did anybody say racism in this thread?
I would say 5 or 6 of those assists were gimme types because he passed it to Durant and Kyrie and they did Durant and Kyrie things. The other 12 were legit especially the ones to Brown. Those were gorgeous.
agreed there were a couple moments where harden did the typical harden dribble between the legs without making any space only to whip a pass to a semi covered/contested three shot that went in Cause it’s Durant and Kyrie. What’s impressive is the spacing they have. They can literally utilize the whole half court. This opens up beautiful passing to the elbow where brown is for efficient finishes. Part of me wonders how we couldn’t do this with WB and the other part curses our misfortune with injuries, bubbles, covid, healthy LeBron, healthy wcf opponents. The game Harden is playing isn’t remotely different than what he played here just has ridiculously great weapons. if TF had just not cheapened out and maximized contract availability and trotted out a lineup of CP3 Ego RoCo Capela Tucker House green and whatever MLE players and picks could have gotten to surround Harden I sincerely believe we’d have a chip already.
They don't create enough assists to really make a difference. Not much difference between 4 and 6 real assists. That being said, 12 real assists looks really good against 4 real assists. I've been on the Harden is the best passer since Magic train since Dantoni's first season. Harden is special which is why Nash gushes over his passing. Anyone that has played with Harden can only shake their head at some of the stuff he can do.
Kashi (a cereal) became a meme for Kawhi, because of the misspelling in this thread title, by a spurs fanboy. He editted the title after I compared Kawhi to the cereal, but the trend had been set https://bbs.clutchfans.net/threads/kawhi-leonard-for-mvp.280550/
here’s a pretty good article about Kyrie and where his head is at: https://nypost.com/2021/05/19/kyrie-irving-ready-to-win-nets-nba-title-misunderstood/
A gimmick Kellogg's came up with by presenting a nutritionist travelling to the far reaches of the world to try to find healthy grains people would eat. You would think, ancient grains that are closer to Keto friendly, nope. Just rehashed stuff that spikes the blood sugar.
