All right you all know what the deal is. Kyrie Irving 39 points on 68 TS% with 2 assists accounting for 45 points with a plus minus of 14. He also had 11 rebounds and 2 steals. Plus minus of 15 Kevin Durant 42 points for 85 TS% with 5 assists accounting for 57 points. Had 4 rebounds and one block. Plus minus of 3 James Harden 23 points for 78 TS% with 18 assists. Accounting for 68 points(courtesy of the announcer) LMAO. Plus minus of 8. Including a run which basically sealed the game for Brooklyn. Harden.Is.Their.Best.Player.
Simply banning him for life is not good enough. He needs to be charged for attempted assault and needs to spend some time behind bars. Send a message before someone gets hurt.
That’s the blueprint for Brooklyn. Kyrie as a pure scorer. Harden as the ultimate distributor scorer. KD doing a bit of everything... while also scoring. it should be noted at least... this Boston team is kind of meh. Outside Tatum heroics they shouldn’t be expected to win many playoff games imo. nets/Bucks is going to be as good a second round series as we’ve seen recently. It’s been so long since neither Lebron or the Warriors were in the Finals. [KD and Kyrie have been in enough though]. I’m not rooting for or against Harden. Wouldn’t be good or ratings but as a pure basketball fan I’d more interested in seeing Philly/Bucks vs Suns/Jazz .... But it’s the Nets to lose if they each play their role offensively and at least try defensively imo.
Durant’s +/- was 3. That’s pretty low for 41pts in 40 of the 48 minutes, in a 15pt win. that means in the 8 minutes w/o KD, Nets were +12.
The way to fix this is teams need to lose their right to sale seats that close to the players. Suspend ticket-selling that close for 1 game for COVID protocol reasons.
Couldn't that be considered assault? Throwing popcorn is one thing, but a water bottle? That thing could have easily hit Kyrie's eye.
Like I said, nothing to worry about. This reminds me of when we gave those freebies to Utah a few years ago just to make them feel better before giving them the beating of their lives as we send them fishing.
