U can get charged with battery for spitting on someone. It needs to happen disgusting, and 1 of the most degrading things u can do to another person Imagine going to a game and spitting on 1 of the players? Who raised u? trash
This would never happen in Houston, because the fans would be quietly sitting down looking at their phones.
This is as much action as you'll get in Houston. But when will the Rockets get a playoff game to even set this up
Hell, Knicks should get their right to sell tickets that close suspended by the league for breaking COVID protocol. ATL could go so far as to boycott next game, demanding they clear the fans away b4 they will play in MSG again. I guarantee you I’m not the first to suggest this. Had it happened to Rockets in playoffs this yr, the GARM debate would have already split into to threaten a COVID boycott or not
And Knicks fans and NY sports media were really talking about Trae as a "villain" lmao. Look yourselves in the mirror.
Just dumb, if you have money for these seats have some class. My experiences in the Garden have mostly been positive, the fans seemed very informed about the game, then again in those times the team was not competitive and they would show up and root for the other team's super star. They would find ways to heckle, but never really overstep in my experiences.
Lol I guess James has a history of slapping phones away. Wasn't there a time where he slapped a phone away and threw it on the roof of a club and then proceeded to pay the person $1000 or something in cash so they wouldn't report it. Good times.
Can we change the title from Knicks fans and discuss all unruly fan behavior here? With Kyrie Irving and the water bottle incident, it seems like negative player/fan interactions are a trend that won't be going away anytime soon.
these dumbass, entitled fans are going to ruin it for the rest of the people who go to the game soon they’re gonna push the seats further back from the court or have security in every row dumbasses can’t control themselves you’re in a crowd of thousands of people, and u decide to be the moron who throws a water bottle...u decide to be the one dumping popcorn...u decide to be the POS who spits on a player...u decide to be the one who yells racist stuff at Morant’s father and call Dillon Brook’s family half breeds
Fans are acting a fool this year, but not sure if throwing a water bottle should result in an arrest with a significant assault charge attached to it. Blake Griffin and Lebron James have both poured water / Gatorade on fans that did nothing to them. They just happened to be close enough when they were throwing a fit. Should they be arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon?
Probably shoveling down a large chili cheese nachos while washing it down with a soda with last years players still on it.
pouring water on someone and throwing a bottle full of water at someone from altitude are 2 completely different things...not sure why you’re trying to equate the 2
