hoping this series goes 7 and that the Knicks ultimately win I think the Knicks would give the Sixers a better challenge than the Hawks due to their defense and toughness...Atlanta is just a soft, jump shooting team also, MSG is just a much tougher place to play in the playoffs for a Sixers team that is much worse on the road...Atlanta’s home environment is similar to ours: weak, quiet, and not intimidating whatsoever
I love the NY crowd and am rooting for the Knicks, but the Hawks are sooo much better IMO. The knicks have been winning with grit, toughness and effort, but in the playoffs every team is upping their level of effort. The knicks lack talent and this series shows it. ATL could easily be up 2-0, heading back to ATL. The Hawks and Trae are able to create much better shots than the Knicks and while their defense isnt great, Capela is making a big difference defending the paint. I wouldn't be shock if the series goes 7 (I'm rooting for it, just for game 7 in msg) but I'm betting on the Hawks to take the series. IMO ATL offensive talent would be a much more entertaining matchup against the great defensive talents of the sixers.

NY could easily be up 2-0 as well if Randle was just average and didn’t shoot 6-23 in game 1...he was atrocious again in game 2 going 5-16, but the Knicks still pulled away in the 4th Atlanta is a good offensive team, but nothing all that special on that end (they finished 9th during the regular season)...the Knicks have held Atlanta in check offensively, and I think the Sixers would do the same while they bully Atlanta’s soft players on the other end I’d find Embiid and the Sixers going down to a raucous MSG more entertaining than anything the Hawks could cook up against Philly, but that’s just me...I’m yawning right now picturing Philly playing in Atlanta with a weak playoff atmosphere Trae Young is what’s most entertaining about ATL, but I honestly find MSG’s home atmosphere even more entertaining than he is...what made Trae Young’s game 1 performance so much fun for me is that he did it in MSG in that loud environment...if he had did that in Atlanta with their Toyota Center-esque environment, I would’ve been like “meh” I just want more playoff games at MSG
