Miami showing why they’re a 6th seed...no consistency whatsoever well, that’s enough of this game for me
Is Tyler Herro even playing. Riley really ****ed up passing up on Harden. Miami window closing faster than Oladipo's prime.
Heat/Heat fans acting as Herro was untouchable. Half of CF was talking themselves into Herro, as the next big thing. “I mean, you can’t bring James Harden to Miami,” Haslem said. “As much as I wanted that to work out, in my mind, I was like, ‘Uh, no way.’ … I would have aged 15 years trying to be his OG down here. He’d have had to move me in the guesthouse, to keep a close eye on him.” Sixers, we’ll see. Celtics, have fun going home. Heat, good luck with Herro and Robinson. Nuggets, have fun going home. And for Houston, check back in 2030.
i really need jimmy butler to catch a 4-0 beatdown in this series. after a year of "heat culture" and jimmy being able to will his team to anything talk, i need this. even though i think bucks will be much tougher for the nets in round 2 because they can't keep giannis from like 40/20, i'm still down for miami getting dominated.
The media hasn't helped Harden's image with the typical non-Rockets fan since Harden has been in Houston, so I can understand why people were hesitant. Plus, that's a lot of assets and players to give up, for a team that just came off a Finals berth. It was the perfect storm for not doing a Harden trade. Teams that typically make the Finals should keep their core together, especially when you're talking about a great 3 point shooter in Robinson and at the time, a really good developing player in Herro. Riley, of all people though, should know how good Harden is though. No idea why he didn't push for a Harden trade.
Lol @Haslem saying that as if Harden is some brighteyed 20 year old player making his first big contract. They really talked themselves out of trading for him.
Posting in the Heat gamethread on reddit about Harden and Herro is oddly satisfying. Going all out with my post karma
