I can crack every single finger but one. I've never been able to crack my ring finger on my right hand. Oh wise hangout friends, help me solve this mystery??
i can crack all my fingers in 2 places...both elbows, knees, ankles, jaw...all my toes...my shoulders crack repeatedly (there is no stopping them, i can crack them 100 times in a row, my shoulders are the only joints i'm really worried about - cuz that is kinda weird). of course the neck in at least 10 different places (10 cracks)...and i recorded my back and listened and counted - and it cracked 46 times, from lower to upper using 3 different techniques (one twist, one sudden jolt, and one getting someone to put pressure on my mid to upper back). there --- i feel special.
i pop all the joints in my finers, especially knuckles, all the damn time. i just can't stop it. the only thing that slows me down is having to wait for the ability to make the popping noise to build back up for a few hours. i pop my back a lot. this one time i popped my kneck had to be one of the greatest feelings ever. it hurt so much i could barely turn it then i just moved it to the side real quick, heard about 3 pops and felt perfect. i can pop my knees all the time, and my achilles tendon by stretching my heel down (that's probably my favorite pop). i used to be able to pop my wrist by just pushing it down real hard. it hurt so much right before it popped each time but it was worth it (i worried each time i was actually gonna break something but then it would pop just in time). now i can't do the wrist popping thing anymore. man i love popping joints.
But what happens when that fluid runs out... im sure there are some consequences.... my science teacher told me once what happens when the fluid runs out, but it still feels good as hell, esp the neck... oh and the thumb. i can crack the thumb almost near my wrist, that is a talent i tell you, and its worth learning.
anyone else crack their fingers sideways? I do that to all 3 finger joints, both ways left and right, for all 8 of my fingers and both my thumb's joints.
yeah, i started that not too long ago. hold my thumb straight and push it to the side and then something pops close to my wrist. it doesn't even seem like a bone, but a tendon or something. i love it. i can only pop my fingers sideways by pushing them towards the pinky. going the other way they are too rigid to even push to try to pop them.
3814 - My shoulders do the same thing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's just a constant crackling sound, right? I actually asked a doctor about that once. He said it's perfectly normal, but I don't believe him. That said, I can crack all fingers, as many times as I want. By closing my hands into fists, my fingers pop. Repeatedly. Nonstop. Also, my wrists, ankles, and hip pop as many times as I want them to. I have very odd joints. I have to say that popping one's back/neck has to be one of the best feelings in the world.
its not normal..your doctor didn't want to tell this to you but....your a freak http://www.obsidian-star.com/ver_2.0/immagini/freak.jpg
Synovial fluid is constantly replenished by the body. It doesn't "run out." There is absolutely no link between cracking knuckles and arthritis or any sort of physical disability. I actually did some research on this when I was in school studying massage therapy. Obviously, if you vigourously crack your knuckles, you could hurt yourself in the process, but that is pretty self-evident. Otherwise, it poses no long-term risk to your health. Crack away.
