He has 2 years left on his contract. He showed that he's not finished at least and it was pretty clear they were ultra cautious with injuries to vets this season. I think he'll have a slightly better next season, he seemed to understand later in the season that his lack of shooting is far more glaring now than it was when he last played. It's good that he's being eased back into shape. If he starts next season well shooting-wise I think there might be a contender willing to acquire him before the trade deadline next season if they are in real desperate need for playmaking and have expiring contracts to trade. Wall is a bad player but as a supplementary playmaker and scorer on a contender maybe the right coach believes they can get value out of him (Miami, Clippers or Lakers for example). Won't be easy with his salary though tbh so we may be better off diverting our attention to dumping Gordon's salary and just sitting on Wall's contract without promising him starter role.
Who said we would without him? I'm saying we sure as hell not winning one with him starting. Chances are increasingly lowered with him sucking up all that capspace while not even being as good as a guy making half of what currently he makes.
Dunno if anyone's posted this but apparently he answered an Instagram poll and said he was leaving lol
