Exactly. Her role is like that of a division President. These positions are typically managed by an overall company President. Plenty of room for Tillman's son to come in and take the reigns. I'll tell you the members in the Mens' Grill at the River Oaks Country Club have very positive things to say about Tillman's sons. Good social graces, good etiquette around the club, respectable short game on the course... Clearly they are ready for this.
