You admitted that he very well could have crossed the line with any of these 22 women (and the countless others that just haven’t necessarily filed a lawsuit).

The law is less “grey” when it comes to what defines/constitutes assault than what your interpretation is. And as MadMax mentioned above, civil suits do not require the level of evidence to make somebody liable for their “grey area actions” as you’ve described.

 

You are still all over the place and none of this has anything to do with choosing a side, which was your initial problem.

My grey area is did he do anything criminally and that has yet to be shown, I am not saying he is not liable I have no idea of why you keep circling back to that.
