He's also got nasty, nasty amp up for 3+ batters LHP vibes, on the downside.

Bartolo has retired, Sabathia has retired...

Does Andre Scrubb hold the title as Biggest Ass In MLB?

Tampa made it to the World Series last year. 6,169 showed up on a Friday night. Tampa doesn’t support the Rays.

    Great, great game

Astros "temporarily" handled their "TB shittiest stadium" curse

    Let's win the series

Good to get the win. 9-0 leads are the best times to insert Scrubbs if one must.

Brantley and Correa very impressive at the plate tonight. Still wondering if we can be consistent enough to put together a solid winning streak. 10 of 13 or something like that.

Basically better or close to than any minor league baseball I've seen were the 2 Mexican League teams, and I saw a bunch but it's been a while, they were the Tecolotes (Owls, I learned later) of the Dos Laredos and the Sultanes de Monterrey. So much fun for a weekend, especially Monterrey. Makes me sad it's not that cool or safe anymore.

Rick Reushel was always fat slob really good pitcher, in my mind.

I love this ASG clip so much, for so many reasons, see if you can count them:

That’s because they play in St. Petersburg.

If the Astros played in Clear Lake, they’d also probably not draw as well.

They built the stadium in St. Petersburg way back in 1990, prior to the previous expansion (Marlins/Rockies) when they thought they’d get a team. It’s always been a disaster of a decision despite the stadium being in a really nice/scenic area.

I actually think both Oakland and Tampa would draw well if they had better facilities in better locations.

That is awesome. I went to school in Mexico in '96-'97 and travelled all over the country, but never attended a game. I just glanced at the current Mexican League Teams. The Pericos of Puebla would have been the local team, but they were sold after the '95 season and became the Langosteros de Cancún. They moved back in 2000 apparently.

That's it! They also have the Plataneros de Tabasco. Yes, the banana farmers.
