Who is likely to be traded? If we land a lead guard with a top 4 pick do we try to send out Wall with a pick or two?

What is the best/worst case scenario for an Eric Gordon Trade?

C Wood's trade value is high and he does not fit our timeline - do we cash in now?

These are my biggest questions for the offseason, but I predict that this will change depending on how the draft goes.

I voted House and Gordon. Mostly after a process of eliminiation. I agree about Wood not fitting the timeline and being the best trade asset (apart from hopefully that top 4 pick), but I dont see Tilman embracing the patient rebuild by trading him. I think he is going to try and build around Wood, KPJ and whatever Rookies the team acquires over the next 2 off-seasons and then make a hail mary play to acquire a max level player. It could work but I have some doubts that the right guys are making the many decisions that such a plan requires be made.

As others have said, Wall is untradeable I fear and Augustin makes sense as a sort of cheap veteran to show the kids the ropes. That leaves EG and House.

While House seems on high on some folks' trade list, Rocket beat writers are saying Rockets Org still really like House. Lot of it seems to be, personal development and him working on his game behind curtains. You can call it irrational endowment effect; I think that's part of it, but it's more from the Org than us fans. Unless some teams offer more than market value for House, I don't think House'll get moved.

    1. Danuel House - doubt it unless some teams offer a decent amount
    2. Christian Wood - doubt it
    3. DJ Augustin - 7mil for next two years (not too bad)
    4. John Wall - doubt it; contract too big; unless it's for another bad one like Kevin Love
    5. Eric Gordon - possible, but I can easily see him with us next year too.
Possible folks not returning might be below.
DJ Wilson, Dante Exum, Anthony Lamb, Avery Bradley, Armoni Brooks, DeQuan Jeffries

As Rockets commentators have said; last few games of the season; the bench better play their hearts out if given the chance; coz they may be getting the boot after GM Stone evaluates off-season.

I don’t see any need to trade any of these guys. Won’t get anything of value in return. Next year should be another tank year. I suppose we could dump House or Augustin to make room for more young guys.

I have no idea, but everyone is available. Reminds me of the pre-harden era (more losses though)

I I would trade Wood and Gordon for a bad two year bad contract and a decent young player and a good pick.

That goes with the rockets keeping their next 3 picks and the bad contract coming off along with Walls. Then you have cap space, another good pick, and time to take that cap space along with the players with pick along with said cap space to give the Thunder crappy picks.

So two more years of suck then a good 7-8 year run after that.

I only really care about Tate, Wood, Porter Jr., and Martin Jr. I wouldn't mind trying to keep Kelly Olynky.

Trade Gordon, House, and and/or Wall please.

    Trade everyone for:
    Ben Simmons
    or
    Michael Porter jr
    or
    Tyler Herro

Then bring in 50 other 6'4" and under guards that can shoot better than a measley 33% from three as a team

33% being dead last in the NBA in 3P%

Probably no one, but if OKC gets the pick everyone should go except for Wall and Gordon.

I don't want to see any more trades being made until we change the people who do the trading.

Hard to answer this question, because it all depends on whether the Rockets get to keep their top pick in the draft. If they get to pick one of those top four guys, next season will not be another tank year.
