It was definitely more fair than the HR last night.

Badass win tonight. Hopefully we can keep stringing em together. Gotta get Tuck going. Altuve coming back very soon. Today’s game feels like the first successful extra inning game since they introduced the runner on 2nd rule

Woke up at 5 excited all over again. You have to hope that gives the ‘Stros a little swagger back, right?

I mean, after Jake gives up a 3-run homer in the 1st today, I at least will now believe we have a chance to get it back instead of going off to take a nap!

Awesome win. I ALMOST turned it off in disgust after the top of the 10th. Amazing win and awesome to see the reserves and bottom end of the lineup step up. Well, except for you Kyle Tucker. At least Maldonado brings something when fielding. But those two are just awful batting. Great win and even better seeing how enraged the Angels fans are today on Twitter.

Robel is the next Yuli. All those other teams that had him are going to be kicking themselves.

I'm going to strike an optimistic tone (I know, heresy), but it never fails how a 162 game season seemingly always comes down to a couple of games at the end of the year (wild card/division). Wins like last night are huge and you never know what gets a team "right" and on a roll. Hopefully they can start a little turnaround here and play some good, winning baseball.

    Go 'stros!!

Last year, Oakland won the divsion by 7 games (in a 60 game season).

The previous 3 years, the Astros won the division by 21, 6, and 10 games. The year before that, the Rangers won it by 9 games. 2015 was really the last close division race in the AL West.

Wild card will often be close because you have so many more teams involved.
