Breaking 1-06-21: MAGA terrorist attack on Capitol

I'm sure he was delirious...I know I would be after getting bear sprayed by rioters.

 

Situations that people are put into can cause issues like heart attacks or strokes. My unprofessional opinion is that if it was just a routine day on the job, the officer would not have suffered the strokes.

Or if he did suffer a stroke while on the job, medical personnel could have been summoned and perhaps saved him had all those peaceful demonstrators that were let into the building not been in the way.

It does sound like Sicknick might've just happened to die from a stroke with no relation to the events of Jan. 6th that said there is still more info coming out about it.

Also even if he didn't die from the events of the Jan. 6th he was assaulted by rioters and two rioters are charged with assault on him.

If you can read that and say I am making up excuses and rewriting history when I say he collapsed in his office, I don't know what to tell you.

 

Being hard to bring a murder charge because of an underlying issue isn’t the same as realizing the common sense that why the officer very well might have had a stroke at some point, the trauma of being beat by violent terrorist hours prior was a primary factor.

I think you are confused. bobrek said that having a stroke with all of the peaceful demonstrators in the building possibly prevented medical personnel from reaching Officer Sicknick quickly. I pointed out that he had the stroke in his office, and it was hours after the "peaceful demonstrators" (quoting bobrek's language) had left. I provided an article to support that position. Then you said I was making excuses and trying to rewrite history. I pointed out again that he was in his office and I gave you another article in support and quoted it directly. Did rioters prevent medical personnel from reaching him in a timely fashion, as bobrek said? If not, it sounds like you agree with me. I have already condemned the riots. I said it was insanity and not how Americans are supposed to behave, so I don't know what you are on about with patriotism and badges of honor.
