The Houston Card in May is looking pretty loaded for those in town that are thinking of attending. Not championship heavy like the one in Florida in a couple of weeks but still pretty nice. The UFC 262 lineup includes: Charles Oliveira vs. Michael Chandler – for vacant lightweight title Nate Diaz vs. Leon Edwards Beneil Dariush vs. Tony Ferguson Edson Barboza vs. Shane Burgos Jack Hermansson vs. Edmen Shahbazyan Mike Grundy vs. Lando Vannata Rafael Alves vs. Damir Ismagulov Andre Muniz vs. Ronaldo Souza Viviane Araujo vs. Katlyn Chookagian Alex Perez vs. Matt Schnell Andrea Lee vs. Antonina Shevchenko Joel Alvarez vs. Christos Giagos Jamie Pickett vs. Jordan Wright Kevin Aguilar vs. Tucker Lutz Priscila Cachoeira vs. Gina Mazany
Have they talked about how they are doing the crowd thing? Is it going to be straight up no required masks, no physical distancing, no required neg tests? It's a sold out arena so it there can't be physical distancing, pray to god they are requiring masks and negative tests.
Why do you think they would do that? Have you seen the Astros games? It's going to be 10x more packed in and 100x more of the DGAF attitude. The tickets will say, "if you get COVID, you can't sue us."
That last sentence- doubtful. This is Dana + the state of Texas. I'm gonna presume it's a no to both those things. We will see what the crowd looks like in Florida in a couple of weeks as that will be a good indicator of how Dana and Toyota Center will handle things.
