He’s a shooter, you have seen that already, but he can be a lock down defender too. He has the potential. Still waiting for that part to show up, but I think it will once he gets some consistent minutes.

After watching him in the Gleague , I wondered if he was going to get the same open looks in the NBA .... so far so good.

Still looks a little lost defensively but I think he'll put it together.

Maybe this is where the Rockets use some of what's left of their MLE ?
What kinda contract can they offer him and what's his FA status after that (RFA / UFA).

He is an insane floor spreader. He’s got a really sweet shot like Lou Williams with defensive capability.

Will he sign a Tate type deal? Long and low, please. Like Tate I want to see him in a Rocket uniform for a while.

If we had a real offense with motion and movement he’d be much more effective. He create half of his 3 pt looks jsut off his movement action. He looks like Reggie Miller or rip Hamilton running inside perimter and then popping back ilium to the perimeter for an open three.

I can’t wait for the next season. I curious to see who going to take the sophomore leap.

we have 4 promising rookies(Tate, Brooks, KPJ(technically), KJ. It be ambitious to think all of them will continue to get better but if half of them take the leap next year and improve upon their game that’s would be great

This. It drives me nuts that we have a player of his capabilities that isn't maximized. Silas can be this oblivious.

Yes, so true. Just imagine. I was encouraged that they ran an off-the-ball screen for Brooks which he hit a 3 off of, but these are the Rockets which have run soooo many ISOs in the past, just don't know if they will maximize his talents. Well if they don't, some other team will, dumb Rockets.
