    The difference between the best prospect and the let's say 3rd best prospect is the difference between a 2 year rebuild and a 4 year rebuild.

    I think we should look at moving up only. The value of getting the right guy at the right time can't be overstated. If we don't get number one let's see if there's some GM who will trade down when we attach future picks. Worth it imo.

    Sad to say this, but the Rockets might win the game tonight. It is a pick em game. Both teams suck. Rockets will finish in top 4 though.

    They say that every year. It’s bullshyt. I remember specifically in 2017 they said the gap between the the top 2 prospect(Ball and adults) and the next rest is too deep to be comfortable. Donovan Mitchell was selected 10 picks later. Stop listening to these analysts, they don’t know anything more than me and you.

    jokic was selected in the middle of the second round.

    We just need to commit to scouting and developing

    you’re right. what I meant is the difference between the best player and the third best player, rather than prospect. Once it’s All said and done there’s always a big gap there.

    So, so true. This can't be overstated.

    One properly drafted superstar can change the fortunes of this team for the next 15 years.

    Conversely, an Anthony Bennett-esque choice just keeps us around the same level until next year's draft.
