    This actually has teeth. NATO + Britain support also. Day and night vs the -they didn't interfere in our election- previous Admin.

    Good news for defense stocks, not much news for the folks in the US and Russia. When Putin responds in kind, both Biden and Putin will look tall in the saddle for the folks at home. Mission accomplished.

    By perception. In the sword rattling in Ukraine any action looks like an escalation. Stock prices are always a perception of future events. It certainly benefits Pootie Poot, he's got a small Nalvany problem to deal with. Nothing blinds the the people like patriotism and an outside threat.

    Nothing ramps up dense spending like a World War threat uptick also.
