What makes Clemson (Currently...1A or 1B of College programs right now) trash?

It really doesn't have anything to do with Clemson. Because of these lawsuits and Watson's deplorable behavior (allegedly), it gives him an opportunity to take swipes at a player he never liked or wanted the Texans to draft.

He caught hell for his over the top, subjective criticism of Watson. So, now it's his time to bash Watson and troll anyone who was a fan BEFORE these allegations were filed. In other words, he is getting as much pleasure/satisfaction from visiting Texans' forums and typing "Clemson Trash" or calling Watson trash as Watson got from certain massage therapists (allegedly).

Yet, he still doesn't understand that this is an example why no one took his criticism of Watson's on-field play seriously because any valid criticism he had was lost in his constant, over the top, subjective criticism. I guess someone needs to tell him the Texans traded for Shaq Lawson who is from Clemson. Too funny.

There is too much smoke about why the Texans wanted to trade Hopkins. It was about the influence on Watson (little did they know) and his womanizing. Not saying it was a good or bad trade. However, we know this is not the first time we have heard Hopkins likes to have a LOT of women.

If it played a part in Watson’s activities by giving him a sense of entitlement and objectifying women?

Dude stop using what ifs. It was a sht trade, we got a sht running back and no draft capital. Compare it to the Diggs trade we got trade raped cause of BoB.

I forgot if it was u or boobythegreat that loves defending BoB.

And to factor all of that, we did not even come close to playoffs. The fact that u still haven't come to terms of how sht a trade this was at this point is quite embarrassing

Watson is an adult and can or should be able to handle his own business. He didn't get a sense of entitlement because of Hopkins. There is absolutely nothing you can provide that justifies the return...especially when lesser players were traded for more at that same relative time.

Why is this **** being talked about still? We get it....it was a shitty trade, BoB should be burned at the stake, and the Texans continue to suck.

Deshaun is a grown man who makes his own decisions. Nuk didn't hop on Instagram and help him hook up with girls

It was for sure a poo poo platter for the return. Maybe they had their reasons to get rid of a bad influence, still could have gotten a better return.
Also, if Watson is that easily led astray, that’s a problem.

Missing the point. It is NOT about the Return in the Hopkins' trade, it is about the REASON for the trade. If the Texans believe Hopkins was a bad influence, they would not be the first team to trade a player to limit another's influence. Right or Wrong, the Texans may have trying to do the right thing for Watson. Deshaun may be a GROWN man, but he is obviously naive in certain situations.

This is the NFL. Most players are womanizers and likely attend orgy parties during the offseason. If I was a young, single, and rich athlete I would. As long as it doesn't interfere with the season I don't see the big deal.

Except it is about the return. In some alternate universe, that might have been the reason why they wanted to deal him...but they didn't have to completely f*** the deal and get absolute garbage back in return for the best WR in football.

    Jeezus christ.

Read the fking name of the thread. Read the context of the majority of the post. It's a fking sht trade, regardless of the stupid "reasonings".

We got rid of a hall of fame type wide receiver for jack sht. Right after this sht trade, viking got a gold mine for a lesser wide receiver. idk how u can be on here posting that the "reason" is justification for such a sht trade.

Idk how the hell u blaming a sht trade on "trying to protect watson" instead of the incompetent front office. delusional.

First it was "TEAM" first, then it was "you can't invest so much money in a WR", next "hopkins partying ways" finally "protecting watson from bad influences". Idk how there are still people defending such a sht trade.

We are NOT talking about the return, we are talking about the REASONS. You are dumb ****. Always have been.

You are always a ****ING idiot. You wouldn't know football if it bite you and your boyfriend in the ass. Nobody is defending the Return O'Brien got for Hopkins. It was terrible. Hopkins was never long for this team with his contract demands. If JJ Watt could be released or traded, Hopkins was certainly going to be.
O'Brien is gone. Get over it. It is Caserio's front office now.

Now go suck off your boyfriend.

U r still defending this sht trade. No one fking cares about the reason for doing it only the sht return that's the exact point. But as usual your love BoB is so strong u r still defending it without even realizing it. Cognitive dissonance is strong, quite sad.

This trade has nothing to do with being competitive in football, the fact that u still can't realize that and u calling me a dumbass at football?

No one is talking about the fking reasons for such a sht trade except BoB defenders like u. He's gone u don't have to keep defending him.
