I was so relieved that the Nets came to their senses and **** him down for a week or two but what do they do? Rush him back ? ..

Some muscle inflammations can’t be detected in an MRI and if you compound it it’ll turn into a grade 1 or 2 tear. Shut him down for a couple of weeks and let him heal.

If he loses the MVP so be it, the ring and having him healthy should be the priority

It might even be in another bubble, so HCA wouldn't matter at all.

Nets should just get to the playoffs healthy. They can beat anyone, regardless of where they're seeded.

Would be rather ironic if a hammy kept James from a ring in Brooklyn....

You would love that wouldn't you.

I have no idea why you have issues with most in this thread but you keep coming back.

    Why?

Paul Hammy robs him of his best chance at a title....goes to super team only to have his own hammy rob him of a title. Hypothetically.

He should be back this season.

It will cost him the MVP, but if he gets some time before the season ends, he could possibly be an even bigger force in the playoffs.

Besides, it is about time Kyrie and Durant do something...... While Harden can carry the Nets, Kyrie clearly cannot.

Absolutely true. James Harden was an iron under Keith Jones. Rockets made sure to cater to Harden's every need. Harden is splitting trainer time with KD/Irving over there in Brooklyn which is why he suddenly will start missing games.

    That's on Nash. He's been playing Harden 40 minutes a night for the past 3 months. He's not 28 or 29..... he's 31.

When he comes back, they need to protect him. KD and Kyrie can carry the load for the next 3 or 4 weeks.
