I'm sure this was to be expected, pent up demand, and the latest round of stimulus checks appeared to be spent in casinos. However, I am not sure if even an entire summer of record numbers would be enough to make up for the loss in revenue and cash burn from the restaurants and the Rockets. The cash burn plus any additional debt can take a long time to overcome. I haven't looked into detail on his businesses, and the Rockets are a private company, but American Airlines for example if they were to return to record revenue and EBITDA from 2019 and hold these amounts steady, with the additional capital raises and to pay the additional amount they've drawn down, it would take approximately 9 years for the company to financially break even or return to their 2019 position. PPP covers payroll, but the loss of revenue was substantial, I don't think a good month is material at all.

    TLDR; Tilman still broke.

If Tillman Fertitta started selling off shares of Casino and Businesses that is a Red Flag.

Selling off his Cars, Jet, Mansion would be in debt, Bankrupt broke.

Did he sell his 150 million dollar yacht he just rolled out? Just wondering. I bet Landry’s got a huge ppp or eidl loan.

Keep in mind that Tilman needs about half a billion in revenue ASAP to cover those two short-term, very-high-interest loans he got last year. After that's taken care of, he can breathe a little easier.

I think the bigger red flag is that he has already attempted to issue additional shares of his restaurant(s) and casino(s) (combined) at a valuation the street had no interest in, and considering he is responsible for the first failed SPAC, it may be tough for him to raise anything., at least he is first at something.

He's either begging for a bailout or talking his own book.

    Feast or Famine Fertitta Folks.
