Who do you think is reliably good on this team? If some of these players develop, then yeah, they might be pretty good in the future with some good veterans and a top pick, but right now, nah...
these are the type of losses that I like...still got the L to preserve the tank, because nothing stops this tank, but they at least competed for large portions of the game and the game was entertaining as opposed to the usual brick fest
May be it's just an excuse, but Wood doesn't run right. That ankle still not 100%. I don't see why you keep playing him when there's little to play for.
I am surprised the league has not fined us for these mysterious losses with 30-5 runs to end games. It’s very blatant.
Welp, as the early 21st century poet Percy Miller once eloquently remarked, "Fella, I'm the colonel of the micky-ficky tank." Or something like that. 'Make em say ugh' indeed.
I hope Harden will work out with KPJ this summer and teach him how to pass to a slipping Big. Until he learns how to time a slip pass over the top to Wood, their two man game is not going to open up much....KPj will get tagged as a PG to soft trap.
Looking at the minutes, how did Avery Bradley get 21 minutes? Why? Why give him minutes at the expense of KPJ? That makes no rational sense. Also Olynyk needs more than 24 minutes. Also Wood is showing a lot of troubling signs. He isn't out best offensive player in my opinion. He has too many holes.
Silas loves the small ball. Should have played Kelly O with Wood down the stretch. I also would have liked to see DJ Wilson play instead of Avery Bradley.
the 1st 3 quarters was Silas’ best coaching job of the season by far IMO...the zone to slow down the Nets, and there was actually some purpose on offense...Rockets just used up all of their talent in that 1st half and had nothing left over for the 2nd
guess John Wall isnt the entire problem, this team sucks Wood is not a franchise player and the supporting cast blows Porter may be a player given time but damn this team and coach blow
Tonight’s Tank was a double goody. Gives a boost for the Nets to stay above the Bucks in the standings, increasing the value of the PJ trade.
