But what happens when a victim either can't or won't testify? ... The young woman, who initially cooperated with the prosecution, ultimately chose not to return to San ... There's nothing in the law that says a victim has to testify

The forced oral is the only allegation of sexual assault, but sexual coercion and indecent exposure are also criminal acts that are alleged.

That said a lot of these happened in different states so I'm not sure about all of the laws that could be different in other states

I think every time Bobby calls him a sexual predator, it moves. Not saying I am supporting Deshaun and I find it extremely hard to believe that he's innocent, but Bobby is getting off on dancing on Deshaun's reputation and it's just really strange to me

 

Yeah, I’m trying to stay as objective as possible but it’s becoming difficult to support Watson. I can’t blame someone for going in on him. I also wouldn’t blame someone for going in on these women if they’re lying.
