Cynthia Cooper has signed on for another year in the Rocket's broadcast booth. I'm back... Question: After formally announcing your retirement from basketball on May 2, have you decided what to do next? Answer: I'm going to take care of my family, do my clothing line (to be launched next fall), stay active by doing different things. I'll probably get into coaching. I'd love to coach, eventually. And I've signed a new contract with the Rockets, so I'll continue to do the (TV) broadcasting. And I'll do whatever else comes up
The Cynthia Cooper clothing line? Man it seems like every other person on the planet either owns a record label, a clothing line or in some cases both.
oh man, just when things couldn't get worse. What ever happened to listening to fan feedback? Mercy, rockets, i beg for mercy.
You would think the higher-ups would realise how much she is abhorred. Tim why can't yall understand - she's Terrible! I skip every halftime and post game show exclusively because of her. That's a feat not even "Halfman/Halfwoman" Molasky(sp) could cause. And she st, stu, stutt, stutters! LOL - I'm crying on the inside
Tim -- If this is true, what are the Rockets thinking (or not thinking)? Cooper is sooooooo smelly bad!
What a downer to start the offseason. Let's just go ahead and hire Karl Malone as an assistant coach while we're at it.
I have not heard a single person praise Coop for her work. She is good b-ball player, but a terrible broadcaster. I can't believe Rockets management doesn't know how bad she is.
lol Honestly, does management not notice, that Coop's "insightful" analytical "prowess".. matches that of any person randomly plucked out of the stands?
Let's just say that Coop was so bad that this year I didn't mind DirecTV always showing us the other teams announcers or cutting away from the local broadcast at halftime. The handful of times I watched her I felt bad for her. She must have incriminating photos of someone.
