haha that was my concern...this one was lower miles. im not car guru but of cars ive driven the tt i drove was most fun ive had...it was a rental deal...maybe its because we were in almost the budget tier of fast like mustangs corvettes nsx supra range so im not spoiled to get exotic cars or some special doha edition. but the tt was most fun i had. you are right though
Will have to check this out for sure when doing some car shopping. I see this car in my neighborhood a lot too for some reason it is the chosen car of Cypress, TX lol.
she was looking at suvs and that one wasnt even on list then she was trying different ones. the price reliable it seemed to be a good choice.. one of my manly friends calls my wifes car a "crossover" and chuckles under breath at use of "suv" only manly real guys get big "real" suvs like a big suburban chevy tahoe enormous escalade etc...so cx5 is too weak and small for him. if you look at ford comparison and similar suv the mazda cx5 seems to come out ahead price bang buck etc.. even the hyundai comparable suv was quite a bit more ..less features.
No. I wish! I had a friend that had a 1966 4 speed two door Malibu SS that might have been the same color. It was a beautiful blue that looked very much like the one in the photo. He bought his new off the showroom floor and drove it that way. Made good money working at a refinery on the Ship Channel. My cousin, a great shade tree mechanic, had a baby blue and white two door ‘56 Chevy Bel Air. It had a 4 speed he replaced 2 or 3 times and he put a series of 327’s in it during the 1960’s (I helped him, which consisted of handing him tools, heavy lifting, and drinking a lot of beer). I road with him cruising around Houston and how we managed to stay out of jail has to be sheer luck. It was fast.
I miss colorful cars from the past. I also miss all the cool graphics on custom vans from the 70's. The majority of cars on the road are all black, white, and grey/silver. Sure, there are a few reds and blues, and a handful of other colors, but not nothing like the past.
New 992 GT3 and it still has a manual 6 speed option which is insane for a car with this much performance in today's world. Honestly the perfect performance sports car out there from trackability to reliability. Man I hope one day I can own one. The biggest overall was the front suspension. They actually went over to a double wishbone which is something that Porsche never did before with their street cars.
I drove both and opted for the Ford Transit over the Promaster and I love mine. The Ram felt underpowered and the brakes felt weak. The Transit with the eco boost engine flies down the road even after I built it out and loaded it up. 75K miles all over the country on my 2018 and not a single issue (knocks on wood)
I wouldn't consider the new mid engine Vette until they come out with more aggressive variant like the Z06 because the current C8 base loves to understeer everywhere and just isn't that great of a driver's car yet.
