I watched the last quarter last night hoping for a meltdown. The Rockets delivered. Good times. Tankathon champs!

    Nope

    Just checking scores.

Hoping for strong performances from Wood Tate House Gordon but that we still lose.

I'm terrified of a win streak taking us out of the best lottery odds.

I'm also terrified that won't be enough to keep the pick.

I've been a Rockets fan since they moved here from San Diego ..... Can't remember the last time I missed a game.

I been thru more than one rebuild ....and back to back years of 14 & 28 wins.

So far , I like the direction. They have a couple foundation pieces in Wood ,Tate and KMJ .... You can win with those guys.

They just need a lead dog .... a guy who sets the table for everyone else. Its quite possible Porter develops into that.

If they can keep and hit on this draft pick , this could be a one year rebuild and back in the playoffs.

Of course. I mean sure its painful at times but its my team man. Personally, I'm focusing more on the parts that matter. KPJ's development, KJ's development. I watch the games to see those guys and guys like Tate and Wood get the ball in their hands and then do something with it and learn from their mistakes. I don't care if we are good or not right now.

Its pretty obvious we are rebuilding. We are going to be bad. Logically it makes no sense to get too upset over something you already know is happening.

Logical and reasonable. I’d go to 3 or
4 astros games a year when they were horrible bc even when your team sucks going to the ballpark is fun, and I read and kept up with everything, and I showed up on Springer day. And Correa day. And LMJ day (and singleton day- that didn’t age well), but yeah when it’s not fun why watch. This isn’t fun (for me anyway). I enjoy keeping up via podcast, think piece, message board etc much more. I watch Brooklyn whenever they are on bc they are fun. Same with Phoenix. Same with Denver. Same with a few other teams.

I still watch, games are usually back ground noise while I cook, play video games, do chores, work emails, and etc...

I don't mind missing games here and there and don't plan around them but still watch.

I stopped watching when Wood got injured. So yeah I missed the entire 20 game losing streak. I’ll watch again next year once we draft a couple of guys and there is something worth paying attention to.

Who wants to watch WallHog ignore Wood and shoot 25% from the field?

I literally have not watched one single game this season. I just watch highlights and post on this board every day as if I am still an informed Rockets fan.

This is the least amount I’ve watched years but I watched all the KPJ games. Potential is sometimes just as fun as being a contender. Watching him nerfed while Wall and Oladipo threw up bricks was just nonsense. Watching KPJ and Wood for the rest of the season would probably be pretty fun but I’m sure Walls going to dampen it.

Short answer, get rid of Wall and this team is very watchable.
