Imagine if we would have played Augustin down the stretch instead of franchise guy John Wall.

I hope he still has to sit out back 2 backs...

I am happy with this result, we were competitive and the leader took it upon himself to lose the game. This is a double victory, since at some point Wall will lose the team and realise he's not that alpha male he thought he was, while the young guys keep performing well at the same time. The loss is just the icing on the cake.

I remembered back in 2010 when John was drafted, Gilbert Arenas was still on their team and he replaced him in the starting lineup in the following years. Arenas was injury prone too at that time.

Now comes 2021. A chance for Cade to overshadow John Wall.

It was close. John Wall kept us in the game.

DJ Augustine is the Real Leader, All of the Players Respect him. Plays Unselfish, Knows when to to score within the offense. Cares about his teammates.

Missed the game last night. Is it worth a rewatch at least for 3 quarters?

    Wall is truly pathetic...

„what do you think of the offense in the last 7.30 minutes?“

Wall: „We got some good looks and missed them (you did), i got some good looks that I’ve been making all year (you did?)“

People get more pissy over close loses than blowout loses. For the sake of CF morale, I hope we have mostly blowouts the rest of the year.

Rockets vs. Timberwolves game preview: TANK WAR, Part 2!
    By ak2themax@ak2themax Mar 27, 2021, 8:00am CDT

After grabbing defeat from the jaws of victory last night, the Houston Rockets will look to repeat the feat tonight as they face off once again with the last-place Minnesota Timberwolves.

With Detroit and Orlando losing at home last night, it was imperative that the Rockets find a way to lose. The losses also help because they are bringing the Timberwolves back to the pack and not allowing Minny to run away with the top spot, so to speak.

Once again, this is not a fun thing to write about. But it’s what Houston’s season has become.

After tonight, Houston still has a game at Orlando and at home against these same Timberwolves. Other than those games, Houston will almost assuredly be solid underdogs in their other games. It hurts, but the Rockets might need another 20-game losing streak to keep those teams off their backs.

We saw the Timberwolves last night. I hope you remember all their players. As of this writing, there’s no news on Kelly Olynyk or Avery Bradley’s statuses.
