    I don't see it as a disastrous move because he's an expiring contract. Acquiring him instead of Allen turned out to be disastrous for us. I used to think that Allen was a softy, but he has become a capable center. Allen and Wood would have been a good pair for us.

    I think Stone would keep Dipo before taking a lowball offer at the deadline just cause. I know that will upset some people, but it is what it is. We not in win now mode so its not like we need to make a move to put us over the top come playoff time. Other teams know they can go after him in summer and not give up their assets right now.

    He's not going to keep Dipo. There's no point in keeping him if, like you said, teams can sign him outright in the offseason.

    Something like Gary Clark and RJ Hampton got it done. Magic didn't really want Clark though, so a 3rd team might have gotten it done.

    Lowry trade is holding up Oladipo trade I think. Still active on that front though.

    Yeah, i think he'll trade Dipo even if that means just getting a couple of 2nd rounders, even though i think we'll get more, dominoes have started to fall now, with Gordon and Vuc gone, Dipo and Lowry are the next big names available, it shouldn't take longer (lol), and probably the second goes quickly after the other one is traded.
