I wouldn't read too much into this, Fournier just isn't in the same category of Oladipo, Boston probably has no interest in a guard making a lot of money unless they can move Kemba, Fournier is going to be much cheaper if they want to resign him and can come off the bench as a shooter/scorer, they can't ask Dipo to do that, and they surely won't be able to resign him for the MLE.

The baseline for Vic was always going to be 2 2nd Rounders so I don't know why some on here are worried. At worst, Stone trades him somewhere for 2 2nds and call it a day.

It's a nice get for him but Chicago instantly gets better and probably moves this pick out of the lottery I would think or it'll be a borderline 14th pick.

I'd like to think for a present day all-star...as in currently an all-star...they could have gotten more for him.

I don’t know about that. Oladipo is the bigger name for sure but Fournier’s efficiency is much higher than Oladipo this season.

I would agree, but I think the league has undervalued EF for a while now. Dipo was an all-star and has players backing him as a legit piece. I'm not saying Dipo is really all that much better than EF, but perception is reality and Dipo was just traded for Levert. If anything it's one less option on the table. At least this is my hope...

I don't even know how Daryl's going to do this from a salary matching perspective but it'll be fun to see him pull it off.

I mean, i think it's a small sample all things considered, regardless, Fournier is a monodimensional player expiring, no one plans to have him as a starter going forward, i don't think you can say the same for Oladipo, someone will want to have him as their starting SG.

I hope so! They should be pushing hard for this. Kyle would help that team on both ends. Morey knows what's coming when they face the Nets in the playoffs.

Yeah, unless they somehow move Harris they would've to move 4/5 players in order to match Lowry, Danny Green makes 15M, Scott 5, but after that they have small salaries around 2/3M.

    This lol
