I'll say no. We got a crap ton of unprotected picks and an all-star back. Only thing of value the Magic got back are those picks and we don't know the protections from them. If they are Lotto or top 10 protected then they really didn't get anything for him. If they got two unprotected picks, nice little haul, but Chicago is going to be competitive in the weak East especially since it looks like they are wanting to also make a move for another player.
Everyone: "Boston needs better front court play. They need interior defense and rebounding" Danny Ainge: *trades for another guard*
Danny 2 weeks later "We we're in very serious talks for Vuc, we offered a huge package but it just didn't work out"
If the Bulls want Lonzo they will probably trade him in order to get Lonzo, not sure the Pelicans would have much interest in Markkanen but who knows, Stan likes guys that can shoot, if he plans to move Zion at center it could make sense, although i can't even imagine their interio defense since they both suck.
Id have to think about this. But i would say it doesnt really hut there are a lot of playoff teams that could be help Mr Dipo still
Pick in 23 is valuable. I’d say that’s a pretty fair trade. Vuc is by far the best asset in the trade.
Danny Ainge: "Make no mistake though; we didn't stockpile all of these picks to let them go to waste. We need to make sure we use them wisely, however. If there was an Anthony Davis type player available you know I would swoop right in" Everyone: "But-" Danny Ainge: "Remember when Mario Elie almost ended my life? That was wild!"
