I didn't mention rape. I was talking about sexual harassment or assault which as we know can include rape but doesn't necessarily have to be rape.
I also said the normal reaction but the normal reaction then gets countered by conversations with friends and family members who in some cases would tell a victim to stand down/think of what one might be getting into etc, while in other cases they might feel aggrieved enough to take it to the police. So I should clarify that in most cases the normal reaction gets suppressed while a few do take it further.

I was actually going to send out the bat signal for you in this thread to get your thoughts on this as we already know where you stand on the Kobe-Colorado situation. I appreciate your post.

Believe me, I (and I suspect the vast majority of posters in this thread) know that. Based on his comments, it's clear why he isn't married.

Also, he needs to learn that someone who retires before 60 did not work 20 more years than someone who retired from a paying job (but not active volunteering and charitable work) in their 40s.

Oh for sure I know you're right about the personal opinions or society. But i'm not sure OJ is the best example. I imagine trying to flee in a white bronco helped hasten the turning of public opinion against him especially from those that went necessarily aware of the goings on leading to the divorce and before Nicole's murder. Was he a pariah before the case went to trial and before he got in the white bronco?

Completely agree with everything else you wrote. Especially that final paragraph. He's already lost and the only question is if it's just his image and goodwill that he has lost on national scale(he was already starting to lose the goodwill locally as we could kinda see) or if the opportunity to play the game will be a lost for a period of time depending on where the case goes and what the commissioner decides to do.

"Less than 60" minus "in one's 40s", will never equal 20 no matter how hard you try.

You are so wrong about so many things about my personal life, but keep on trying.

And now you resort to name calling. Congratulations! Are you sure those 6 figure accounts you work with don't include a decimal point?

Not entirely, in several of the suits they state the victim was just starting out and had very little experience. There is some assumption on my part that many of the others I haven't read tell similar stories, but for sure it was the case for at least a few of them.

You're still clinging on the 20-year argument.

Judging from what you said, it really shouldn't be an issue. But go ahead and cling

I already asked the exact number, yet you've dodged the answer... multiple times.

Day's end... it doesn't matter. Your wife inevitably wanted to be kept.

Thank God she can cook and clean.

Also just to clarify, as men, if someone did something really inappropriate to us, we would likely either take care of it ourselves or we would go and file a report but experience shows women typically don't. I haven't seen enough evidence to have a firm opinion as to what degree of inappropriate behavior took place. I can say the sheer number of claims and Watson bringing under qualified women from all over the country to give him "massages" makes me lift an eyebrow. I can also say that while I am aware of the differences between men and women, that if someone ejeculated on my face or asked me to rub their butthole, I would react quite differently than these women.

FWIW supposedly at least one of the women (the one ejaculated on I believe) claims she spoke to her friends about it right after it happened.... which I can see.... I also had something horrible and very criminal happen to me after I graduated from high school, and I did not go to the police either, I decided I would handle it on my own.

As for Kobe..... I was involved with that one indirectly and know what the state had and did not have. I am comfortable saying I firmly have an opinion on that case. In this one, I haven't seen enough evidence to say conclusively other than the sheer number of accusers usually are not good for the defense.

    I know right.

Best believe... I love women. I love them. Maybe one day I might die for them.

I just trip on their overall lack of appreciation of men.

Women assume so much kindness of men yet act like it never happened or doesn't exist.

And a wife beater. Don't forget that part. (As much as it pains me when talking about him because of how talented he was and what he meant to a generation of young up and coming black QBs, he was a POS).

One time he and Magic Johnson showed up to the men’s club one night I was working and everybody from the kitchen came out and took pictures with magic while warren moon sat on his ass watching. I thought it was hilarious

Not saying Magic Johnson is better
