I had so much hope at halftime when he made that layup looking like his vintage self. That highlight was circulating all around the internet and surely people were noticing and maybe even some were like hey, John Wall is back! Maybe he can help my team win in the playoffs. He was outplaying Lowry and VanVleet. Then he effed it all up and finished the game 8-30. Maybe that’s why I’m really mad lol

 

Everybody wanted to talk today ...

 

Johnny boy really built that Great Wall tonight with all that bricks. I mean if they said he's our starting pg for the next few years, I hope Silas don't give him the green light to chuck it away like that every game. Would rather have KPJ and Wood heave it at this point.

 

Come on people, Wall was not that bad. Some knuckleheaded play for sure but we seem to focus so much on the negatives that we simply ignore the positives. He made some very good defensive plays at times.

 

Wall's responses are telling. He and Silas are tight.

I'm sure he uses his relationship to push his ball dominance.

But the end of the game where the whole team is loving and hugging on sidelines but Wall stays on the court by himself and throws down a useless dunk is typical of his look at me/I'm the franchise player/I'm an All Star mentality.

 

All the tankers rejoice.

THESE are the teams that we can beat.

 

Uhhh... What the actual hell hahahah.

Did you see his shooting numbers?

Did you watch him refuse to pass the ball to open teammates on multiple occasions?

My lord this is not the game to say John Wall balled out.

 

It seems like Wall made Silas his prison girl lol

The Raptors brought shame to all of Canada by not only losing but also getting blown out by us.

 

Forgive me...that was a prisoner of the moment reaction on myself. 8-30 shooting is NOT good at all but i love the 10 assist and thought he played hard.

 

I bet the number of games won in the last 10 years where the winning teams player scored less than 20 on 30 or more FGA is pretty low. And I bet Westbrook is on that list more than once.

How'd we feel about Wilson and Augustin? Rotation looked strong.
