so in that case the Rockets have had terrible coaching based on analytics for several years now ... not just Silas?

Does Silas ever look at the analytics?

This has been happening since day one, after Harden trade.

Silas ALLOWS this shet to happen.

Silas definitely needs to do something about wall and oladipo's high-usage suckfest playstyles.

If not then he's too ineffectual to be an nba coach

Just trade them both. That's the solution.

Oladipo should've been bounced a while ago. with Wall, you'd have to give up assets. we can't afford to do that.

but a coach is supposed to be able to do something about a player chucking and playing selfishly

Winning is a great elixir to remedy all ills.

I am very happy for Coach and all of Rockets Nation, we really needed this.

20 game losing streak was more than long enough.

But I am just shocked at how poorly Silas conveys any substance whatsoever in his response, zero basketball strategy.

It is a close call between him and bickerstaff.

I was cool with having him as a coach, but after watching some of the decisions he made, esepcially drawing up the last play of the game 2 nights ago that we lost on the last shot, I don't think hes the guy for the job. Or he's just not ready to be a head coach.

Allowing wall to be so careless on offense without any accountability is pretty bad coaching

    Hey Wall,

Find another friend. Coach is your coach. Silas needs to be the boss. Wall is shooting too much for what he makes. Wood is the primary offensive weapon. Enforce it.
