Tony buzbee filing lawsuit against Deshaun Watson? Hints at mistreating women

That accusation sounds like sexual assault/rape, but they hired a high powered attorney to get money rather than file criminal charges. Doesn’t make much sense to me. Deshaun should have just some better escorts.

 

I just saw that tweet and it didn’t seem like much. Is it this one?

So his usual therapist wasn’t available because of COVID but the other chicks had availability??

 

Just curious about your consistency on this subject. Trump had 26 women accuse him of sexual misconduct ranging from forced kissing to rape. I am not equating Watson and Trump, I just want to know if you think Trump is also guilty with so many accusers?

 

Out of context it doesn't seem like much, but when you view it while thinking about how 22 masseuses have accused him of sexual assault or sexual harassment, it looks different.

Certainly he thought so, which is why he deleted it recently.

To me it's a different situation though because of the political element that causes outright mental illness in a high enough percentage of the population to be concerning. We had half a dozen false allegations against a SCOTUS nominee due to political BS, but that involves bad actors with political agendas... not something you'd see when it comes to this instance. Also something that helps their credibility is that they were all hired by Watson for the same thing and have very similar stories... they aren't just randoms.

Back to Trump, again, I don't care one way or the other. I've thought he was a scumbag for decades now so the allegations being true wouldn't change how I view him in the slightest.

 

Next thing we know, we're gonna find out that Deshaun was into getting pegged.

This couldn't get any worse, but it probably will be.

Why couldn't he just hire some actual whores?!! There are plenty of good ones out there in this big ole city.

I have a hard time believing that 20+ masseuses he hired who claim to have similar stories, are truly seeking redress yet not one of them bothered to file a criminal complaint.

I get that it's important to believe all women and this is just a TERRIBLE look for Deshaun...

20+ masseuses, and not a single one decided to file criminal charges(for the ones claiming assault)?
I mean Darren Sharpers situation is what comes to mind immediately and almost all his victims went straight to the police within a matter of days or a few weeks. So far that doesn't seem to be the case here.
All of them seem to be represented by Mr. Buzbee as well? Are there any of the masseuses being represented by other attorneys?

 

How many women did Cosby drug and rape over decades without ever coming forward?

How many of those small time masseuses would have thought they'd have any chance in court against a multi millionaire famous athlete? I mean look how some people are responding already...

Even now, there's almost no chance of a criminal conviction even if he absolutely did everything he's accused of because it comes down to a he said, she said situation and the standard in criminal court is being reasonable doubt.... and it's relatively easy to make morons belive there's reasonable doubt even when there's not.

The reason civil court is a more preferable venue is due to the preponderance of evidence standard, something the victims could hope to meet.

 

I thought there was a pretty fine line between “massage specialists” (untrained, unliscensed) and what you were describing.

at least in Houston, anyways.

 

Maybe because some of the services they provide aren’t exactly legal as well...

It's the thrill, but also about the power and control. If Watson is guilty, then he has much deeper issues. Unlike date rape which is often only about the sex, stranger rape and sexual misconduct most often is not just about getting off. Which might be the reason he didn't use call girls. No thrill, no conquest or control.
