Those boxes have been there, and I think they claimed they are filled with Tucker's shoes. Might have been a Demarcus Cousin's Insta-story a while back I saw it. They're probably packing up PJ's stuff. But for the sake of this thread, I hope BigDog just dropped a bomb on us! lol
Like come on. We've lost 18 in a row and could lose the pick anyways. THIS IS OUR PLAYOFF PUSH. BIGDOG63 is our franchise player.
I mean, if there is no John Wall trade and he just posted that bomb in response to an article from March 6, 2021, it wouldn't be much different than having John Wall claim he's the franchise player then losing 18 in a row.
The longer we hold onto Wall the more valuable he becomes. There is no rush to move him unless we need the space to take on bad contracts for incredible draft assets.
We need Wall to compete. You can’t jsut throw a bunch of youngins out there. One thing we miss last night was an aggressive scorer. We don’t need Gordon and Wall though..
I think KPJ's development should accelerate this timeline. I don't want KPJ backing up Wall for the next few years. He should be playing heavy minutes with the ball in his hands. You are killing his growth by letting Wall control the tempo.
fair enough but I don’t see that we need to move him by the trade deadline. This offseason or sometime next season would be fine.
Let's see if it happens (it won't) Let's see if they get value back (they could) Wall has put up great numbers on good splits. His defense has been great. His biggest issue is that he tries to do too much. If he goes to Miami you have to think he would fit into the system and thrive. If the Heat take Wall's contract and send over just 1 good asset, I'm going to be a Heat for the East fan for the rest of the year.
I don't think any of this is a "go", but maybe Wall to Toronto if the Raptors believe Lowry will leave after this season. Lowry to Miami. Players to us. Of course, Miami could just cut out the middle-man and see if Dragic agrees to go to Toronto, etcetera. We are likely stuck with Wall's contract.
