then why keep posting? Im not ever posting in Utah Jazz forums...??

um, lol... a bad look. Yeah, if true its more than a bad look

You've literally just made this up. We have no idea what people were willing to trade for DW, but one thing is pretty obvious, whatever it was, its LESS now.

So they get to "save face" and keep him?

But why would they keep him with this hanging over him if that goes against their whole culture and "faith" and "religion"?

    It doesn't make any sense.

    This is a lose-lose.

If they trade him, they get less. If they keep him, it's not the "type of person" they want to have on their roster (according to y'all).

Watson didn't need a therapist. He needed to bust a nut.

They are in constant rebuild this plays into that perfectly.

They trade watson for a bag of weed and a billy goat and the texan tittys suckers are happy about getting rid of that monster watson.

Texans arent keeping him and will get picks still if can and not much less than they would have.. and now they can move on with a pr save face "good guy" spin....guys like you eating it up .its painful i feel sorry for you if you are a texan fan..wow dude..

I dont have to justify trashing them either since they suck and earn it ..

Houston born bred step off biotch

“This case we just filed against Watson isn’t about money”
    ...
Reportedly asked for six figure settlement before case was filed.

“We won't share the alleged details here, and we won't try the case in the press, but the cases are publicly filed for all to see.”
    ...
But I will take to Instagram to publicize it!

    ...
But I will take to Instagram to publicize it! “Third lawsuit of now six to be filed, against Deshaun Watson, alleging assault. This one is the most egregious, to date.”

“We won't share the alleged details here, and we won't try the case in the press, but the cases are publicly filed for all to see.”
    ...
“The Buzbee Law Firm has now been hired by nine women to bring cases against Deshaun Watson. The allegations are similar. We have filed three, and, as we complete our due diligence, will file the remaining ones in due course.” ... and I’ll be here on Instagram letting you know!

There's no benefit at this point, it really just depends on what else surfaces going forward.

Osuna never won a World Series with the Astros but I know that's not your point. He did probably assault his wife, Deshaun is accused of essentially raping someone. Having no idea the exact circumstances surrounding either of them, I couldn't say Osuna's crime was worse. But that aside, your right morality does not count for many teams, and this could certainly end up being a situation that gets glossed over. But it could go either way at this point.

    WTF? this is dumb.

For one, the idea that the Texans need to "save face" from a PL/revenue share perspective is insane. Their bottom line was going to be impacted basically zero, whether DW was here or not. People buy up Texans stuff. All the time. From David Carr, to 2-14 teams to DW to now. Sure it varies a little up and down, but the Texans were already bad last year.

They don't need to "save face". What they need to do is put a winning product on the field. Same thing for every sports franchise ever. You win, fans love you.

This IN NO WAY helps them to that goal.

Even the idea that this would in some way allow Cal to personally "save face" somehow (??) even though it clearly is a net negative for the product on the field... MAKES NO SENSE. Because MOST PEOPLE don't believe it. I don't believe it... i just ALSO don't believe it is some scheme by the Texans to save face... because that's dumb. But a co-ordinated scheme started by Cal - ESPECIALLY if proven he started it, but even without, within 5 minutes of the first report, people were already tying it to the Texans/McNairs... this isn't helping him save face, it's just digging him a bigger hole with those that already think he sucks.

If/when the Texans trade DW, and these cases are dismissed, how does that help Cal?? If they trade him and the cases AREN'T dismissed and have merit, then DW is an a-hole.

I'm super confused about how this is in any way a positive for the Texans or Cal... but then again i didn't use words like "titty suckers" or "biotch" so that must be it, lol. I just used logic instead.

Literally the only positive to losing Watson was our return.. and now that is gone.

No apparently he needed someone to slam his dick with a hammer.

There is NO excuse for any of this. He is single, physically attractive, famous and worth 100 million dollars. Hire prostitutes.

Not this one under Texas law. He won't get around sovereign immunity, the Texas Tort Claims Act and/or the tariff.
