Would people take this more seriously if it weren't Buzbee behind this ?

I take it more seriously because of Buzbee. The dude doesn’t take cases he’s gonna lose.

Oh they know the drill. It's understood with these high profile athletes.

Now this attorney has gathered them all up for a payday, if they'll just agree to suddenly and retroactively NOT be okay with having greased anuses now.

Nothing wrong with saying there is smoke there. Take president 45 and Cuomo, the accusers all had interactions with them. I referenced Ronaldo. His accusers had interaction with him. In the previous comment I said 50/50 the masseuses are telling the truth or a variation of their truth. We know how it turned all for 45, congress women grabbing on his cardboard junk. Ronaldo, 23 gols. Cuomo is like, Brehs sorry if any of you got offended. I haven't turned on Deshaun or Ronaldo though Messi > Ronaldo.

Watson cannot be traded now. Teams are not going to touch this. If the Texans were waiting to get the most for him, that is gone now. Hell, even if they traded him a month ago, it wouldn't have been official until this week and the other team could have voided it when this stuff came out.

This does NOT benefit the Texans.

There is no one to blame or point fingers at but Watson sorry.

Why put yourself in these situations man why

    Now he’s screwed either way.

If he would of never DM or message any of these women this wouldn’t be happening. Need a massage therapist use a team appointed one smh.

He’s left a trail and he wouldn’t be going thru this even if he asked for a trade if he was walking a straight line.

Now there is blood in the water and here come the sharks.

You don't think the NFL won't trade for Watson because of a CIVIL case? The NFL isn't even going to investigate this lol. This only gives the Texans an excuse to trade Watson for what everyone here thought wouldn't be enough.

The toxic nature of the allegations are hard to defend. No way a team can defend giving up huge assets to their fan base with something like this out.
That’s like saying you don’t support women.

Gonna be so Texans when they just release him because “he’s not a culture fit” and he goes somewhere for nothing and then just settles for a grand a person..

No way they will release him (I don't think). However, he will be suspended by the NFL. Antonio Brown was suspend for civil case.

I just can't believe he would be this stupid.

Sorry to tell you but this only works when you have solid evidence like video. Ray Rice was about to suit up again after being criminally investigated until the video came out.

look at Big Ben. You think he hurt his trade value a few years ago?

This is going to get ugly, I wish D4 would come out with a statement and defend himself and give his account of what's going on. IMHO no team will touch him before this is resolved and it clearly wont be cleaned up in time for the draft so all those fantasy draft scenarios are out the window. I don't believe the Texans had a hand in this but dam they are at an all time low

    This isn’t 15+ years ago.

Have to factor in the times we are in. You can deny it all you want, if this picks up more steam, and there is even a remote shred of evidence. Deshaun will be untouchable.

Im not saying texans are involved but some of the best "luck" and this literally the ONLY out the texans had.

Before allegations- texans screwed, bad look, trying to sell good guy tough smart deal while their qb is elite, in prime, wants out, AND was baptized in river jordan.

After allegations- watson is bad guy, doesnt matter what trade him for since he is bad guy and texans are a pious do good organization. Get some pics if can it doesn't matter...release him but its not the texans way and maybe it hurts and sting but can get a nice young 6th round white christian qb that can start as newest "rebuild"and move on from that monster watson.

tell your god fearing friend this isnt good news !!!this is god news for texans! GREAT NEWS!!Hallelujah jesus praise easterby and the 7 mules of sister sarah

Very obvious that you have some bias here.
    I’ll leave it alone.
You can keep up pretending the franchise is racist, makes decisions based on religion and want to destroy their best player.
None of it is Deshauns fault.
    Ok, lol

    I can’t stand the ownership group. I don’t think they’re very competent.
But being dumb doesn’t mean that they are devious, racist, monotheistic crusaders on a mission to destroy Watson.

He released a statement after the first announcement, I assume he's listening to Hardin on how to handle this moving forward.

My bias is i hate the texans and think they are a trash organization. This is nuclear winter and until mcnair sells this is the deal. Ive said that since 2006ish.

As for watson its true I like him and if any of the allegations are true its not a good look for him. I feel bad for any female that says no whether its your wife, a hoe or anyone else..we as men in general need to be respectful. No is no.

But in end this is the best literally best outcome for texans since no one was trading anything to texans knowing he wanted out.

This saves face for texans. Weve all been looking for that out for weeks if not months. Now we have it finally

Next we can all put on our texans battle red and be proud bulls on parade...oh wait we lost jj...err..ummm

    WATSON WAS BAD GUY!
REBUILDS ARE LONG TERM OK!! stop being so critical i promise I will clean my room!! Back off!!DAT REVENUE SHARE DOE

I don't see how this news benefits the Texans.

They could have traded him already. Doing so now only gets less return.

They can use it as an excuse to keep him, though, but then that would go against y'alls narrative that they don't like players with this type of record.

This seems like a lose-lose for the Texans to me.
