we could have made 39 of 40 free throws and I suspect GSW would still have beaten us by 20. they weren't really exerting themselves for three quarters

KPJ could of had 30+ tonight if he was more aggressive - specially the foul line kickouts for 3. He can actually pull up for jumper / floater vs passing back out for 3

We have guys like Mason Jones, Lamb, Mclamore, House(he's fallen off) and Patton playing full NBA rotational minutes.

Ya we are going to lose a lot.

The only players on this team I want to see carried over to next season besides Wall who is untradable due to his contract are Wood, KPJ, Tate and KMJ. We need to find shooters next season and hopeful if we keep Silas he actually implements a offensive system.

Everyone else needs to be replaced with NBA level talent. Hopefully Dipo and EG can get us some of genuine NBA level players also.

With this team definitely. The odds of him passing it out to a NBA caliber shooter is slim on this team. So ya he probably should just try to score the bucket and just go full 20 year old Kobe on this team. The talent isn't there to pass off to semi open guys.

Wood and KPJ need some serious practice and run time together because most of the time they were not in sync.

That was awesome! Draymond got embarrassed by Mr. Wood.

Quality loss! I love it when our key guys go off and the Rox still lose.

Wood is def playing for a max deal once his current contract is up. Dude dropped 21 9 his first game in like a couple of months it feels like.

While I generally agree that building around Wood, Martin, Porter and Tate is the logical move, I'd go a step further and suggest that only Porter should be considered unavailable for trade. If the right offer for Wood and Tate came along either by the deadline, draft night or next season, bye bye Wood + Tate.

Basically I wouldn't get attached to anyone on this roster as-is. A lot will depend on where the Rockets' draft pick lands.

I've mentioned this in other threads, but if the Warriors offered Wiseman + the rights to Minnesota's pick (logical since Golden State shouldn't half ass the end of the Curry era) for a combination of Wood + Oladipo then I'd personally be ecstatic.

Wood, if nothing else, is a very valuable trade piece. Maybe hold off on a trade until next year when he may command a more valuable return.

It's a shame that even with this skillfully executed tank job, it's still a coin flip whether the Rockets will keep their pick.

So it is just this particular rotation, and his defense looks ok? I am honestly wondering if Silas is not a good coach, and if we had MDA if KPJ could be dropping 40 a game in the Harden role.

Agree bro hope Wiseman+Wood trade comes true. Fertita wants to save money and Rox arent in any way ready to compete. Trading a budding all star talent big man like Wood for a young guy with potential like Wiseman makes all the sense for both teams IMO.

If that happens Stone just put the Rox on a great rebuild path post Harden.
