Caserio has a lot of work to do repairing all of the damage BOB did.

I don't think Cannon is for sure a starter anymore. At least not a very good one

 

Or he moves inside...

 

Odds are he is going to play guard, where he played when he was younger

 

I “like” the pickup I guess. But seems like the price is kind of steep. Especially the fourth round one. Changes from pick 109 to 120. Would have liked to not have done that one. But relatively meaningless I guess.

2 positive moves IMO. BMac was a sure fire cap casualty so getting something in return is nice. As far as the interior, Britt/Fulton/Sharping/Cannon are better options than we’ve had in years past.

Just passing by to say Caserio has made some shrewd, good moves early on. Interested to see what comes next. This FA is going to be interesting for the entire league

 

Lawson fits better hand in dirt in a 4 man front so he is probably a pretty good fit for Lovie Smith.

Maybe they can cut Mercilus now, or at least marginalize him and cut him loose after the season when his dead cap money looks much better.

 

Don’t like the Cannon trade at all. Those pick swaps are kind of steep and there are plenty of guards in free agency if that’s really the goal
