Trying to objectively watch Caris Levert tonight with different eyes. Trying to see what we may have missed out on. Not really impressed. I mean that in the way that he wasn’t a huge loss in the sense that I feel Jarrett Allen might be. KPJ has way more potential and I’ve been trying to not get too excited about KPJ. Levert is a good player. He’s just okay though.

I realize this is an off shooting night for him and his first game back, but I’m looking at more than just shooting. The way he attacks the basket, his ball handling, his passing, his defense, his court awareness, etc. Everything. He’s ok. Good solid player, but nothing special.

 

he's been a really inefficient player throughout his career. if that doesn't change, then we didn't miss out on anything.
