So taking a greater stance against racial or hate speech is some how super woke Moron shtick. Please continue Bobby.

It's progressed to an absurd extent. Any good thing taken to ridiculous extremes will become a bad thing.

You are correct, he would be done 10X over. And this is what makes me proud of the direction human empathy trends towards. If you're suggesting it would be a bad thing for him to be done in any sense of the word, you can f*ck right off.

That said, I do agree that sometimes things with "cancel culture" go a squidge too far.

There's no reason to be proud of the increasing lack of human empathy and demonization of individuals for making mistakes or failing ideological purity tests in the minds of zealots.

    It's all quite embarrassing really

Is it? For the life of me I never understood Anti-Semitism and never saw any examples of it growing up. Is it because they don't believe Jesus is the son of God? Obviously we were told Jews were slaughtered during the Holocaust but it was never clear to me why they're so hated in certain areas. Granted I didn't grow up in a major city like Houston

Lack of human empathy and demonization of individuals who......are expressing lack of human empathy and demonization for other people.

I don't think calling someone out for hate speech is asking for "ideological purity." I'm sure there are legitimate conversations to be had about so-called cancel culture, but defending an idiot yelling ethnic slurs on a gaming platform may not be the hill you want to die on in this argument.

First off, there's no such thing as "hate speech"

Secondly, you don't make the world a better place by supporting those who act like Nazi's every time someone says something thoughtless or off-color..... you just promote that kind of hate and intolerance.

Jews killed Jesus. Jews were good with money and were lenders of it - so faced greed and accusations of unfair control/oppression. Jews have their religion/tradition and look different (kinda like muslims and their burkas or people of different skin color from majority).

People don't need a lot of reasons to hate if they are unhappy. You must have been brought up in a first world wealthy environment not to understand anti-semitism. And I'm happy for you to an extent, but I also don't understand "we were told Jews were slaughtered" statement. It's a fact.

And taking hate speech lightly is what led to that genocide - the hate was fanned by government and normalized.

While we don't have hate speech laws, we do have hate crime laws. So there is definitely a legal doctrine/precedent involved on this subject to protect minorities. As we saw with what happened on Jan 6th this year (storming of the Capitol), inflammatory speech and unlawful action are very much interconnected.

Looks like they have 5 games over next 7 days, so that’s lost pay for 5 games

    5 games = $652,777 + $50,000 = $702,777
