We need to win the AAC tournament and get a lot of help. I still don't think we get a high seed I just hope we end up in a bracket that gives us a chance to make a deep run.
We are ranked 7 in both polls. Great position to be in. We need to help our case for a high seed in the tournament with an impressive AAC tournament. If we sputter through, I think we drop to a 3 or worse. We can't afford to have another game like we had against ECU. or Tulsa. But if we put it together and have impressive wins against whoever we go through we should have a solid case for a 2 seed. More than likely we will face WS and or Memphis along the way and we need to win by more than a last second half court bank shot. We can do it but Sasser is going to have to play better. Grimes and Jarreau are giving it all they have but for some reason Sasser has been MIA. He has been a disappointment and he needs to step up.
Like I’ve said on several occasions, Sampson isn’t going anywhere. No nba job or other school interests him whatsoever. And as long as certain folks *ahem* remain out of the way, he’ll be here

Tulane will be eating cheap little caesar's pizza tonight. Average game for us, but solid win in the end. The broadcast team was way overhyping our players, but I am fine with that.
Nice win against a tougher than expected, by me anyway, Tulane team. Even some respect from the ESPN commentators after the game.
