Incidentally when Harden returns to play us in our next game, it could be our 13th loss in a row..........Weird how stuff like that happens
as someone still rooting for harden who wants us to tank, i feel uneasy that we'll somehow win this game. we'll have one of our patented 48 point quarters, lead by 18 in the middle of the 3rd, get it cut to 4 or 5, and then gordon will hit a couple of key 3's and we'll win. on the other hand, we just lost to memphis by 49 points...
The Nets version of Harden. The sports media is so full of ****, but you guys suck this **** up. I stay away from those places to prevent giving them ratings.
https://www.basketball-reference.com/friv/mvp.html Their model usually does a damn good job of predicting the eventual MVP winner. I take a look at it a couple times a week and had noticed that Harden hasn’t even shown up in the top 10 at any time that I have checked. Gotta say I’m a little surprised after last nights game that he didn’t bump in there. I don’t really think he has any chance to win it realistically I’m just interested what it is about his numbers that are keeping him out of the this models top 10.
Harden currently has inside top 10 odds to win mvp. He went from a +5000 to about +3000 in a recent span. And hes trending up. he definitely has a shot if the nets come out of the east with the best record and the narrative this year isn't set on finally giving it to a big man which has happened for a very long time Player Odds at DraftKings Odds at FanDuel LeBron James +175 +170 Joel Embiid +300 +350 Nikola Jokic +500 +600 Luka Doncic +1200 +1100 Stephen Curry +1400 +1200 Giannis Antetokounmpo +1600 +1800 Kevin Durant +1800 +2100 Damian Lillard +2000 +2100 Kawhi Leonard +3300 +1800 James Harden +3300 +3600 Donovan Mitchell +6000 +6500 Devin Booker +15000 +8500
Considering how terrible Houston is I wonder if Brooklyn will do the usual not showing up for shitty opponents or show out for Harden.
On Broussard and Rob Parker’s show they showed a sound bite of Brad Daugherty calling the best offensive player he has ever seen.
There hasn’t been 2 or 3 better backcourt scorers ever. I mean Kobe,Jordan and Harden are the greatest backcourt scorers ever.
Lakers keep losing without AD and are about to slip down to 4th in the West get ol’ Bron outta the MVP discussion...it is currently between Embiid and Harden
