It sure looks like it to me. I haven't heard one word about him from the organization, which is consistent with their cloak and dagger philosophy. Also in Doc's thread he refers to "two Kens". Perhaps that's Ken Johnson and Joe Johnson. I've also noticed in Clutch's draft bio's that he said to keep an eye on this one. I really think he's the guy the Rockets are targeting. He kind of fits the Shandon mold of SF, except he can score. Anyone agree?

I would hate to see us take Murphy over Johnson, Rad or Jefferson. Can anyone tell me if Murphy is any better than Kenny? I swear I'll puke if we do take him! We need to take the best scoring SF first and then get the defensive minded big man that we need(there will be plenty left). I pray that's what the rockets are thinking too.

GOD, I CAN'T FRIGGIN WAIT!!!!!!!! (too bad I'm gonna miss all the action. I just hope Clutch's server will hold up for when I get home)

Ok, you completely lost me with that statement. What do you mean? [IMG]

Me either... hang in there! We're only a few hours away. [IMG]

"Tale of two Ken's! What a great read" ....that's I was refering to.

The obvious connection to me would be Ken Johnson and Kenny Thomas. But maybe he was hinting at two Johnsons. Doc's riddles are so vague that it was obviously meant so that we could not figure them out. So far, I have not heard any talk of Joe Johnson from Rudy or CD on any of the radio interviews or in the chronicle. From what I've read about him he seems to fit us real nicely. Honestly, I'd be real happy if we pick any scoring SF with our 13th pick.

I know it's only a few hours away but I'll have to miss it and won't be home untill around 11. I'm so depressed!!! I think I feel myself coming down with some kind of rare virus. I probably need to stay home and rest tonight!

Then why didn't Doc just say A Tale of Two Johnsons. He meant Kenny and Ken. But it is not going to happen unless the Rockets get a second round pick to take Ken.

Who knows what he meant? To date, his 'Cryptic' message has yet to be solved. And I suspect he was just letting us know what kinds of things are being discussed, not WILL happen. If you say Ken and Kenny, fine. Now, if someone will solve the rest for me......

I really will be dissapointed if they get murphy over joe johnson.
Maybe if the rockets dont move up they will get johnson since his stock has been falling. I also hope they dont waste their pick on jefferson. If they move up, it better be to pick rodney white though.
