    I have learned pizza stuff.

Chicago has a Stuffed Pizza (Pequod’s), which is different than their Deep Dish Pizza (Lou Malnati's).

Detroit also has its own pizza style, which base on focaccia bread.

St, Louis also has its own pizza style.

    That’s amazing.

I checked the range of these birds and I’m 90% sure that I saved one by fishing it out of my pool return when I lived nw of Ft Worth back during the big drought. I heard scratching and opened the cover and instantly closed it. It was so exhausted that I was able to use a stick to push it out then use the pool net to scoop it out. I put it in a an open box on my back porch with a bowl of water. It was still there the next morning so I carried the box to the yard and left it there. An hour later it was gone.

Beautiful bird. I’ll never forget it.

well, coriander is the seed that cilantro plants make if they mature enough. In the UK they call Cilantro, Coriander leaves.

Other way around, right? Cilantro is the leaves of coriander plants
That’s why UK calls them coriander leaves.

It was a group of 4-5 whitetail -- I had never seen them dig so much, but record weather events will have them doing interesting things like hunting mice, squirrels, etc during severe drought.

I think everybody has their own style of everything. This is like the time I found out Cincinnati was "known" for chili. I was like, "really?" lol.

Cilantro is basically a North American name, I think. Everywhere else, it's pretty much coriander. The leaves, stalks, seeds/spice, etc. around the world are usually called "coriander". In North America, the leaves and stalks are called cilantro, while the spice made from its seeds is called coriander.

Along those lines, this is like when one of my co-workers told me he wanted to grow chipotle peppers and asked if I had any seeds. I told him no such thing exists. "And before you ask, no, nobody has ancho seeds, either." :D
