    Can Jeff Bezos buy the entire NFL? All its teams and properties and stuff?

    Last I checked, Bezos is worth $184 billion. According to Forbes, "while it’s difficult to place a valuation on the NFL as a whole, the league’s 32 franchises were worth a combined sum of more than $91 billion as of last September."

    Don't think the NBA is worth more than the NFL, so could Bezos actually buy the NBA and NFL if he wanted to?

    Cal won’t sell. Nfl ownership is high profile and it’s the only thing that makes Cal feel accomplished and important in his spoon fed life.

    Pro-sports compensation accurately reflects the players' contributions in comparison to the owners and non-coaching management. If you want credit, or creativity and control that actually correlates to results, rather than just veto power and the best seat in the house, go somewhere else.

    Except the fact that the NFL (or MLB or NBA) does not have to let him buy anything other than souveniers.

    The other owners in the NFL have to sign off on any franchise ownership changes.

    Whatever he buys will be shipped to him in 1-day. I’ve never seen an Amazon driver pop open the back of the truck and an entire NBA/NFL team comes out the back, so this has some legit YouTube/TikTok potential folks

    I'm not asking if the NFL will let him buy its entirety. I'm asking if Bezos is financially able to buy the NFL (and NBA) outright, if he wanted to. Purely hypothetical.
